A cleaner comity init

comity init now gives you a short, colour-coded summary instead of a wall of text. Update with comity update.

Improved

Short summary. One line per agent with at most two next steps, then "run comity doctor". --verbose lists every file, and comity init --explain <agent> prints an agent's full setup and copies its config snippet.

Only your agents. The picker pre-selects the agents found on your machine; the rest are listed, unticked, under "Not found on this machine".

Git first. In a folder that isn't a git repository, init offers to run git init and make the first commit instead of writing config that would sit unused.
