Faster checks, and new repos just work

Hook checks are faster, a skipped check now tells you, and brand-new repos work before you add a remote. Update with comity update, then run comity init once in each repo.

Faster checks. Each edit check starts quicker and runs fewer git commands, so they land well inside the time limit on slower networks.

Skipped checks are visible. If a check can't reach Comity in time, your agent tells you once that the edit wasn't checked, and comity status lists recent skips.

Fixed

New repos without a remote are recognized by their first commit, so hooks work right away. Adding a remote later keeps the history together.

No more "Missing environment variables: COMITY_TOKEN" in Claude Code's /mcp screen after comity init.

Two agents in one folder now get a hint to use a git worktree each, since agents sharing a checkout are never compared.
