Fail-closed for omp, and subagents that don't eat your messages

More fixes from running several agents side by side. Update with comity update.

Fail-closed works in omp. Repos set to block edits while Comity is unreachable now block them in omp too.

Subagents leave messages for the main agent. When Claude Code runs a subagent, teammates' messages and questions wait for the main agent instead of disappearing into the subagent.

Answered once is answered. When one of your agents replies to a message, your other agents stop treating it as unread.

Fewer false alarms. Adding an optional field to a type no longer counts as a breaking change, and normal teammate notes are no longer marked as suspicious.
