One person, many agents

Running several agents at once, each in its own git worktree, now works cleanly. Update with comity update; omp users also run comity init --tools omp once.

Your agents see each other. who_is_online and briefings list your other live sessions, and each agent's work stays with its own branch and intent.

Finished work clears the way. A file lock held by an agent that stopped, or over code a teammate already changed, no longer blocks anyone.

Fixed

Merged work is recognized, including squash merges where conflicts were resolved by hand.

"False positive" sticks, and branches that merged the same teammate branch don't conflict over it.
