# Built for bigger teams, more languages and messier git

> 2026-10-20 · CLI 0.6.4 · New, Improved, Fixed · https://comity.so/changelog/2026-10-20-team-scale-fixes

Hundreds of fixes from running real Claude Code, Codex and omp agents side by side, with up to six developers at once. Update with `comity update`.

## New

**Monorepos.** `comity init --global` makes Comity work for agents started in any subfolder. [Docs](/docs/quickstart)

**Go and Python.** Comity now sees calls between Go packages, Go HTTP routes, and Python model fields, so a breaking change there is caught like in TypeScript. Database migrations and tables are tracked too.

**Merges without GitHub.** Work that lands on your main branch, including squash and rebase merges, closes its intent automatically.

## Improved

**Worktrees, rebases and big refactors.** Agents working in git worktrees, mid-rebase, or across dozens of files are tracked correctly, and files you delete or ignore stop showing up.

**Shorter, clearer agent context.** Briefings keep messages and blockers first and cut repetition, even with five teammates online.

**Nothing gets lost.** Approvals, answers and messages reach the right agent, including while it waits or runs a subagent.

## Fixed

**Protected paths can't be sidestepped** with shell commands like `sed -i` or PowerShell, or by editing a sibling repo.

**Finished or crashed work stops causing conflicts**, and restarting a crashed agent picks up where it left off.
